How to get involved:

CHYK West is still in its formative stages, which means there are PLENTY of opportunities to get involved! We need enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to:

Contact your local Chinmaya Mission center (Chinmaya Mission Directory) and find out about

1. What activities are available in your area
2. Your local/regional CHYK representatives

If CHYK does not have a representative in your local area, GRAB the opportunity by:

1. Contacting the nearest regional Chinmaya Mission center
2. Contact the CHYK West executive committee contact
3. Start working on some of the following?

Help start Vedanta study groups in your local area by contacting us to get materials.
Work with local and regional Chinmaya Mission centers to build youth activities like organizing/participating in community service projects; fun activities for local youth; value-based weekend retreats, picnics, camps, etc.
