The following partial camp registration refunds will be issued based on the date the cancellation was requested.

*- percentage of the camp registration fee minus any online processing fees.

We will process your request for cancellations as soon as possible.

The camp registration does not cover airline travel to Houston. Campers traveling into Houston must plan to arrive at 10353 Synott Rd, Houston, TX on January 13th before noon and must make their own arrangements. Please see the transportation section of this website for more details.

Those flying into Houston should plan to fly into the IAH airport by 12pm CST on Friday, January 13th, 2017. Ideally you will want to book your return flight on Monday, January 16th, 2017 at 3:30pm CST or later.
