The following partial camp registration refunds will be issued based on the date the cancellation was requested.

We will process your request for cancellations as soon as possible.
The camp registration does not cover airline travel to Houston. Campers traveling into Houston must plan to arrive at 10353 Synott Rd, Houston, TX on June 15th before noon and must make their own arrangements. Please see the transportation section of this website for more details.
Those flying into Houston should plan to fly into the IAH airport by 2pm CST on Friday, June 15th, 2018. Ideally you will want to book your return flight on Sunday, June 17th, 2018 at 5pm CST or later.
