The following partial camp registration refunds will be issued based on the date the cancellation was requested.

Before May 1st Up to 80%*
May 1st – May 30th Up to 50%*
After May 31st No Refund

*- percentage of the camp registration fee minus any online processing fees.

We will process your request for cancellations as soon as possible.

The camp registration does not cover airline travel to DFW. Campers traveling into DFW must plan to arrive on June 30th before 2:00 PM CST and must make their own arrangements. The campers will be received by NJCC personnel at the airport. Please see the transportation section of this website for more details.
